BYS Yoga is dedicated to offering every individual the opportunity to enhance their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga. We aim to create a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for our students to explore and experience yoga. Each day we welcome most of our students by name and if we don’t remember yours yet, you can be sure that we will soon!

We offer an eclectic variety of beginner through advanced level yoga classes with knowledgeable and well trained instructors. Our on-going in-studio schedule includes Hatha Flow/Vinyasa, Kundalini, Kripalu, Restorative, Yin, & Chakra Flow classes.

BYS Yoga also offers off-site group and private instruction through our “Breathe Out” program. Relax, rejuvenate and unwind as we bring our instructors to you with yoga sessions designed specifically for your needs, the needs of your workplace, or your organization.

We were honored to be named "best yoga studio" in the September 2007 issue of Pittsburgh Magazine.

Our special outdoor yoga class on Mount Washington made the front page of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette on Monday, August 27th 2007!

Breathe Outside: Yoga at SouthSide Works was featured on WTAE-Channel 4 in the summer of 2007.
